• He specializes in drawing up, negotiating and giving opinions on business contracts with a particular focus on implementation, licensing and maintenance contracts in IT, as well as in the law of intellectual property and new technologies, e-commerce, electronic communication, personal data protection law

• He has a lot of experience in providing legal services to medium-sized and large entrepreneurs, including the ones from IT and e-commerce industry
• He is engaged in drawing up, negotiating and giving opinions on business contracts, especially in the field of IT and new technologies, including the implementation, service, maintenance and licensing contracts
• A member of the audit and implementation teams within the scope of personal data protection
• He participated in the work of PZPN [Polish Football Association] Club Licensing Committee
• He represents Clients in proceedings before supervisory authorities and courts

• Graduate of the Faculty of Law, Canon Law and Administration at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin
